Where are you based and do you ship Australia wide?

We are based in Melbourne and Sydney. We ship Australia wide - with free shipping!

Will all my order items arrive together?

As we ship from both Sydney & Melbourne orders with multiple items may arrive separately. 

What if my item is faulty?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, we will organise a return and refund less cost of shipping.

How can I pay for my online purchase?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express). Alternate payment options include Google Pay, Apple Pay & Shop Pay. Along with pay later options AfterPay & LayBuy. 

How do I use a discount code?

Once you have reached the checkout, enter your discount code into our discount field and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.
